1. 感谢信是向对方表达谢诚的书信,语言可以比较正式,也可以比较口语化,依收信人与寄信人的关系而定.感谢信一般有表示感谢、所得好处和其他相关细节组成. 语言注意点感谢信应充分表达自己的谢意，切不可给对方草率的印象。可借助谈对方的帮助来进一步表达感激之情。言辞应真挚、得体。
2. 正文主要有3 部分:
(1) 对于收信人的惠助表示感谢；
(2) 解释感谢的原因或对方的帮助给自己带来的好处；
(3) 再次表示诚挚谢意。
