When it comes to the issues involved college students, perhaps hunting job is one of the most concerned thingthingswe often talk about. As graduates always dream about their future profession, the bar chart definitely shows the ideal standard from their own perspectives. Nearly all of them believe stability is essential, compared towith other advantage advantagesoffered. 77 percent and 65 percent students pay much attention on high salary and potential development respectively. Half of them decide to seek a job according to their interest. Only 26 percent desire the chance of a splendid future.

From the chart we can draw a conclusion that searching for an “iron rice bowl” seems not yet outdated, thought theOpening and Reform Policy has been carried out for almost thirty years. Besides, materialism trend is a bitter truth we should not neglect. Compared towith the power of money, one is willing to sacrifice his interest and a promising career.

Why hunting job is deemed as the most miserable experience by numerous grads? As far as I am concerned, the root cause（cause删除） is not population explosion but the inappropriate attitude among university students. Though reluctant to take risks, a large number of them isaredreaming for a high salary pay. Furthermore, many of them are resigned to mediocrity, which is the least thing we want to see. Generally speaking, rising grads’ awareness of holding a correct value is far from an easy task, but the eventual pay-off could well be worth the effort. College students, after all, who determine our nation’s future, will create a better world if being guided rightly.
