【Dialogue A】：

（I＝Interviewer主试人 A＝Applicant受试人）

I：How long have you been here？
A：About three months.
I：Have you worked as a telephonist？
A：No，but I think I can learn quickly.
I：Well，your English is very good.I have noticed that.But the problem is my telephonist must have local knowledge as well.
A：Is it？
I：People call us up not just to order meals.They often ask ques－tions about travel，entertainment，etc.So I have to say I can't offer you the job.
A：That's all right.I can try other places.Good－bye.
I：Bye.

I：你来此地多久了？
A：大约三个月了。
I：你曾经做过话务员吗？
A：没有，但是我想我能很快学会。
I：哦，你英语很好。我已经注意到了。但问题是话务员还必须有关于当地情况的知识。
A：是吗？
I：人们打电话来不光是订饭菜，他们经常询问关于旅行、娱乐等方面的情况。因此，我不得不说我无法把这项工作给你。
A：不要紧，我再到别的地方去找。再见。
I：再见。

【Dialogue B】：

I：Since there are other applicants on the line，we can't let you know our decision yet until all of them have got their chance for interview.
A：Fair enough，I am willing to wait until you have come to a decision.
I：We will let you know probably next Tuesday.I hope to give you the positive reply.
A：Thank you，I will be glad to hear that.
I：By the way，are you married？
A：Yes，I am married with two children.

I：因为还有其他应征者，所以，直到所有有机会面试的人面试完毕后，才能将我们的决定通知你。
A：那很公平，我愿意等候您的决定。
I：下周二可能就会有结果了。我希望能给你一个肯定的答案。
A：谢谢，我很高兴听到这个。
I：顺便问一下，你结婚了吗？
A：是的，我已经有两个孩子了。

【Dialogue C】：

A：Good，this job should suit me well.
I：Can you start working next Monday？
A：Sure.
I：That's settled then.I'm glad to be able to offer you the job.
A：Thank you，Brian.
I：See you next Monday.
