第二节题型分析（中）

（六）申请信

申请信是写信人就某一职位或学位等向收信人提出请求。作为一种公务性的正规信件申请信的语言要求既有礼貌又要具有专业水准。考生在写作时还应注意所提供信息的可信性，在强调自身经历和优点的同时应把握尺度。具体写作步骤如下：

首段：说明写信的目的，介绍本人身份；对所申请职位或学位的单位或院校的了解以及自己将会为对方所作的贡献；信息的来源等。这一段要写的简明而又能吸引收信人的注意。正文段落：介绍自己的学历或工作经历，本人的特长，已经取得的成绩，说明你对这一职位或学校感兴趣以及你对未来的打算等等。

结尾段：表示感谢和期待对方给自己的申请以优先考虑。这段尤其要注意语气应礼貌而又有自信，请求得到面试的机会。
