(2) 备忘录

备忘录有约定俗成的结构和格式，一般由五个部分组成：

To: 收文人

From: 发文人

Date: 日期

Subject: 事由，内容只需要用名词或动名词等少数几个词，甚至一个词做简略陈述。

Message: 正文，直入主题，列出最重要的信息或结论。

备忘录的内容有如新闻写作，需要包括以下几个要素：谁，什么，何时，何地，为什么。备忘录有可能是通知，也可能是呼吁人们参加某个活动或采取某个行动。注意：备忘录的收文人只要写全名即可，无需称呼语，结尾处也不需要结束语和签名。
