【分析】复合句。句子主干为Many consumers seem to have been influenced。by引出动作的发出者；which引导定语从句，修饰stock-market swings,其中含有view ...as “把…看作”结构。

【译文】许多消费者似乎受到了股市波动的影响，但投资者现在却把这种波动看作持续增长的必要条件。
